The initial consultation is 45 minutes. This session will include exploration of your concerns, your history, your questions and any goals that you may have. We will explore potential medical causes of mental health symptoms including laboratory testing as needed. We will come up with a treatment plan together. During this we can also both get a sense of fit. At the end of the consultation you can decide whether you would like to continue or not.
