Confidentiality
At Mental Clarity discretion and confidentiality is of the utmost importance. We take great care to ensure that all personal and sensitive information is kept secure and private. We follow and often exceed the mandates of the law (HIPAA), which sets forth strict guidelines for the protection of patient privacy. We value confidentiality not just because it is required by law, but because it is fundamental to building a trusting and respectful relationship.
Payment/Billing
A fee schedule will be provided for all cash pay patients upon appointment request. Mental Clarity is contracted with Health choice, Blue Cross and Blue Shield: Advantage, Choice, Federal, Preferred and traditional. If we are not contracted with your insurance company we would be considered out of network. Contact your insurance company for further information on how to be reimbursed for out of network benefits.
