Mental Clarity is contracted with Health choice, Blue Cross and Blue Shield: Advantage, Choice, Federal, Preferred and traditional. If we are not contracted with your insurance company we would be considered out of network. Contact your insurance company for further information on how to be reimbursed for out of network benefits.
